Looking for a Chef de Cuisine for a French Bistro opening in a couple weeks in Logan Circle Neighboorhood.
100 seats, 200 covers per dinner shift expected at the begginning. Starting with 6 dinner shifts and 3 lunch/brunch shifts.
The Chef du Cuisine is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary and management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Assisting Executive Chef in the development and execution of seasonal menus and specials
· Managing kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
· Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
· Maintaining inventory and overseeing ordering and purveyor relationships
· Collaborating with the management team to optimize profitability and guest satisfaction
Starting Salary $90K
