Job Description: Clinical Laboratory Phlebotomist

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Laboratory Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Laboratory Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in collecting blood specimens from patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.   2. Specimen Processing: Label and prepare blood specimens for analysis, ensuring accurate identification and documentation. Follow laboratory protocols for specimen handling, storage, and transportation to maintain sample integrity and traceability.

  3. Patient Interaction: Interact with patients in a professional and compassionate manner, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and providing emotional support as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patient rights and dignity at all times.

Requirements:
