Press Brake Setup Operator

Setup Machinist $20-26/hr 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or Weekend Shifts available! Description: * Set-up and operate Brake Press machines using such materials as: stainless steel and cold rolled steel. * Ability to prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations. * This includes custom punch/die tooling used in combination with standard tooling. * Programming using all features of the press brake such as bending at angles, offset bends, proper back gauge transfer between steps, delays, etc. * Maintain calibrated tools. * Ability to stand and work in various positions for several hours at a time. Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Must be able to inspect parts and measure critical dimensions. * Ability to meet production rates. * Ability to read prints, inspect parts, and fill out inspection paperwork. * Ability to read prints, inspect parts, and fill out inspection paperwork.
