The salary for this position falls within the range of $30 to $40 per hour, including bonuses and gratuities

The scale is determined by a period of five years of consistent employment, with a minimum of 30 hours worked per week.

Skilled Employees: Individuals with a minimum of 5-year experience in their respective fields and working full-time hours of 30 or more are top-notch performers, earning above $40 hourly.

Salon Professional Requirements

• A valid cosmetology or barber license is necessary as per the state requirements, and one must be eligible for employment in the United States
• Capable and eager to accommodate fluctuating schedules to meet both financial objectives and the needs of customers
• Demonstrating proficiency in fundamental techniques such as graduated cuts, razor cuts, and coloring application is key to success in the salon industry
