Responsibilities
• Help customers select the right products
• Ensure quotes are accurate and price labels are correct
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening and using expertise
• Load merchandise for customers
• Report any safety or security concerns at the store entrance

Requirements
• 6 months of computer and retail technology experience
• Ability to obtain required sales related licensure or registration
• Preferred 6 months of sales and retail customer service experience
• Bi-lingual skills if applicable to the store
• Certification in trade related to department
