Responsibilities:
The successful completion of designated tasks and duties is required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Effectively managing the reception and selection of incoming stock to fulfill retail orders.
- Goods are relocated throughout the warehouse based on guidelines for handling products.
- Structure and arrange goods in an effective manner for transportation, strategically coordinating the process, and also unloading incoming shipment from trucks or back-hauls.
- Performs cleaning activities to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the warehouse, maximizing the utilization of space and resources.
- Undertakes inventory checks of warehouses, following standard procedures.
- The ability to interact and cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership is highly valued by this individual, who ensures communication is ongoing.
- Provides input to the warehouse management team on process improvements.
- Examines products, discusses with the management team about product quality, safety considerations, and sanitation issues.
- Utilizes individual discretion and decision-making skills to fulfill job duties within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Supports the warehouse management team in achieving their budgetary objectives.
- Performs all given duties with meticulousness, efficiency, and in accordance with company policies and protocols.
- Abides by the established protocols for implementing the ergonomic program.
- Conforms to established safety measures when using equipment for fundamental job functions.
- Informs management about any potential issues relating to the quality of the product, safety risks, and sanitation concerns.

Education and Experience:
Candidates with a High School Diploma or a corresponding educational background will be given preference for this role.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lifting and arranging products that can weigh up to 45 pounds onto pallets located at different elevations is part of the job description.
- Regularly relocate inventory from warehouse shelves and package products for dispatch to stores.
- Being able to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk frequently is a requirement for workers employed in the warehouse.
- Working in this occupation expects one to be comfortable, regardless of the temperature changes, whether hot or cold, both outdoors and in refrigerator and freezer working conditions.
- The expertise to operate powered industrial equipment safely and correctly is indispensable.
