Registered Nurse Ambulatory

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse Ambulatory. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory care setting, ensuring the highest standard of care and patient safety.
• Assess patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Prepare and assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, wound dressing changes, and suture removal.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.
• Uphold privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in an ambulatory care setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
