Principle Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Help clients (both internal and external) to obtain the appropriate component(s) for their automobile.
  • Find and acquire the delivery of components.
  • Logging incoming inventory items in the system is a critical task for keeping track of stock levels.
  • Ensure that the inventory of parts is organized and maintained with utmost neatness, paying close attention to accurate counts through cycle counts while maintaining correct stocking levels.
  • The reduction of waste can be achieved through controlling the supply of services.
  • The AutoMation system involves dividing the tasks involved in a process or project into smaller, more manageable parts.
  • If there are any parts that are found to be defective or incorrect, it is advisable to return them to the vendor or manufacturer.
  • In order to comply with the OSHA/EPA guidelines, it is imperative that businesses take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and health of their employees.
  • It is crucial to deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction.

Workers working on an hourly or commission basis that meet the criteria for full-time employment, known as associates:

  • The Company offers the opportunity for employees to accumulate sick time at a rate of 48 hours per year, accrued on a per pay period basis. Additionally, vacation time is offered after a 90-day waiting period, with between 80 and 200 hours per year available depending on length of continuous service.
  • A total of 6 scheduled holidays and a floating holiday are included in an Associate's pay package. They are paid for 8 hours each day.

Full-time salaried associates are granted paid time off for various reasons including sick leaves, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. without any specific limit, granted that it is approved by their manager.
