We are Signarama-Manteca and we take pride in delivering amazing signage products to our customers. We have an Bookkeeper role open for someone who enjoys numbers and administrative work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping

  • Daily reconciliation

  • Customer Orders

  • Customer Estimates

  • Office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities).

  • Front Desk - answer phones, provide customers their finished product(s).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience with Bookkeeping.

  • QuickBooks experience preferred.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Strong communication skills with natural ability to problem solve.

  • Administrative and organizational skills.

  • Strong team player.

We have a flexible work schedule Monday thru Friday. Part-time hours up to 24 hours per week.
