Box Stair Assembler - 1st Shift

Shift Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 3:30pm

Friday: 6:00am - 10:00am

Job Description: Will be assembling box stairs with use of hand and power tools. Will be responsbile to move heavy materials.

Job Duties:

• Match the appropriate parts to the stringers
• Assemble stairs by inserting tread and risers into the stringer
• Clamp the stair
• Glue and hammer in wedges
• Nail and screw the riser into the back of the tread
• Remove stair from assembly table and move it to the punch out table
• Stage stairs on skids for the loading department

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Previous assembly experience is preferred.
