Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

To be a successful Commercial Sales Manager, its important to take the initiative to drive commercial sales in AutoZone and ensure that commercial customers receive exceptional customer service. The CSM establishes honest, dependable relationships with commercial customers, manages inventory, and keeps up-to-date with new products. In addition, they ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service which includes adhering to AutoZone's pledge.

Responsibilities:

• Realize business expansion and accomplish sales goals by expertly managing and nurturing commercial sales. Create fresh business opportunities by engaging with promising prospects both in-person and via phone outreach
• Foster and maintain strong relations with commercial customers, keeping communication channels open and efficient between AutoZone and clients
• Manage and oversee the routing and dispatch of delivery vehicles, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance for all delivery-related documentation needs
• Deliver a first-class service to commercial clients by providing accurate, affordable, and top-quality automotive parts solutions
• Manage invoicing and record keeping for corporate clients; handles returns and balances financial statements
• Ensure delivery and service promises are met during commercial account visits. Foster a cohesive 'one-team' environment at AutoZone by collaborating with both customers and AutoZoners in multiple business areas
• Create and uphold a substantial relationship with the management team
• Takes responsibility for maintaining a secure work environment while promoting adherence of AutoZoners to safety measures such as the utilization of personal protective equipment
• Enforces correct accident and claim procedures. Adheres to secure driving codes and confirms each Commercial Zone individual's approved driver status
• Takes proactive steps to ensure the vehicle(s) is well-maintained, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is a prerequisite for many trade schools and vocational training programs that lead to in-demand, high-paying professions
