Caring Transitions Twin Cites Central is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team in our Coon Rapids office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing administrative business office functions for the Caring Transitions start up. Responsibilities may include but are NOT LIMITED to the following: Job costing, managing job postings on job boards, submitting time for payroll processing, payroll, employee record management, new employee onboarding, client billing, compliance with MNOSHA standards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing/receiving, deposits, and collections, filing, business compliance, insurance renewals, presentation design, phone intake call and consultation scheduling. You will always act as an ambassador and comply with federal and state laws and regulations and the Company s policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the business with all clerical needs.
  • Data entry of clients and important contacts into CRM
  • Minor HR support with onboarding, check ins,
  • Ensure time submitted for bi-weekly payroll processing is accurate.
  • Support owners/C-level in administrative duties and tasks.
  • Support CTBIDS
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Manage AR/AP, Invoice clients and AP for 3rdparty vendors.
  • Take inbound lead calls & schedule consultations.
  • Job Costing
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate degree or 2 years equivalent of relative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Quick Books
  • Minimum of two years of experience in AP/AR
  • Any experience in HR
  • Minimum of two years of experience with electronic media/social media/Email marketing
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on excel.MS Word, Spread sheets.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, (verbal and written) as well as analytical analysis abilities.
  • Knows and is familiar with the sales process.
  • Enjoys helping others and seniors.
  • Experience in working with startups or small businesses.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and juggling a lot.

Compensations & Benefits :

Pay is annually 48k to 53k based on experience.
