Contribute to the development and strengthening of the FP&A function
Analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Performing trend and variance analyses
• Determining drivers of business performance
• Responsible for reporting and KPI maintenance
• Contributing to the creation of the Sales Compensation Plan
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
• Preparing and reviewing financial analyses, budgets, and forecasts
• Reconciling data from multiple sources
• Upgrading tools, processes, reports, and metrics
• Working on ad hoc projects and tasks
Requirements
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Aptitude for mathematics and statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to think strategically
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to work in a demanding and resource-constrained environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Relevant experience in Medical Device/Healthcare organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 3 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
