As a Picker Packer at FedEx, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by accurately and efficiently picking and packing items for shipment. Your primary duties will include using a handheld scanner to locate and pick items from shelves or bins, packing items securely for shipment, and ensuring orders are complete and accurate. Additionally, you will be responsible for labeling packages, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a handheld scanner to locate and pick items for customer orders
• Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected from damage
• Ensure orders are complete and accurate before shipping
• Label packages with the correct shipping information
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure they are complete and accurate

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
