Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the Prepared Foods staff and distributes duties as necessary.
  • Works together with the Prepared Foods Trainer to establish and implement a training strategy that cultivates a cohesive, successful group of employees and limits attrition.
  • Facilitates the learning process of the newly-inducted Team Members by providing effective training strategies and resources.
  • Cases and shelves require consistent attention to ensure cleanliness, adequacy of stock, and proper rotation.
  • Initiates and terminates departmental tasks in compliance with pre-set procedures.
  • Ensures that all requisite pauses are provided.
  • Conveys the apprehensions of the team to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader.
  • Pursues the highest standards of retail execution and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.
  • Promotes an atmosphere of outstanding morale, cooperation, and mutual respect.
  • Maintains attentiveness of the customer's behavior and necessities, and provides necessary guidance to team members to satisfy their requirements and provide them with delightful experiences; responds promptly to customer inquiries and needs.
  • In order to keep a high level of performance and decrease employee turnover, team members are carefully chosen, trained, developed, mentored, motivated, and counselled.
  • Delivers thorough, reflexive, and timely performance evaluations.
  • Shows a steadfast devotion to WFM goals and aspirations by consistently verbalizing the importance of these objectives and leading by example.

  • Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
  • Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office, email, and other applications that are related to operations.

  • A track record of shopping assistance and customer service for at least a year.
