Junior Team Manager
We believe in creating innovative and unique approaches for every industry we work with. Currently, we are assisting with the launch of a brand new client in the Orange County area and are seeking a Junior Team Manager to assist. This position would work closely with Sales Specialists to identify and develop new streams of revenue for the assigned campaign through advertising strategies including sales, promotions, and innovative sales solutions. The Junior Team Manager would create and execute these campaigns and convey the promotions to each respective target market within a dynamic team environment.
This is a career opportunity that pays weekly with an uncapped commission. We are hiring for part-time or full-time positions.
Junior Team Manager Position Responsibilities:
- Implementation of marketing plans, including direct sales campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
- Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross-function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
- Marketing opportunity for revenue
- Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
- Training with management and members of the Junior Team Manager teams on required client operations and product knowledge
- Conduct in-person marketing presentations and close sales as needed
