Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and building strong relationships with potential clients. is a plus.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business leads
- Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and requirements
- Present and demonstrate our software products to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of software products and technical sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed
