Administrative Assistant

Our client,is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to join their team. Assisting in the Finance Department you will be part of the Accounting and Admin team supporting. The ideal candidate will have positive energy, perform well working independently and great attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Finance

Location: Tampa, Fl

Pay Range: $18-22/hour depending on experience

What’s the Job?

• Receive and input financial data into the accounting system
• Perform routine accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepares, process, track and maintain purchase requirements
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit cards
• Provide support on various accounting projects

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years supporting Accounting functions
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Attention to detail and be able to work independently/self directed
• Collaborate with other departments and team members
