Customer Service Specialist/ Data Entry- Room for Growth

Pay: Starting at $21 an hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Fryelands BLVD and Rte 2 in Monroe

About the Role

• Support lead inventory staff with inventory verification and requirements for key accounts.
• Support key account order processing, and general customer inquiries.
• Provide sales representatives with the needed support surrounding orders (call in and email), customer accounts and customer follow through requests.
• Attend key meetings with relevant team members in support of forecast planning and inventory requirements.

Needed Experience:

• Mastery working with Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Formulas, and other basic functions.
