As a Warehouse Material Coordinator associated with FedEx, it is your primary responsibility to ensure the safe and effective unloading, sorting, and processing of all incoming and outgoing packages. You are also responsible for loading and unloading of trucks in a timely and precise manner, diligently maintaining records of shipments, and keeping your work area clean and systematic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the unloading of parcels from delivery trucks and distribute them appropriately.
• Perform the task of packaging objects for shipment, consisting of scanning, tagging, and transferring to trucks.
• Operate machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to relocate packages.
• Keep track of all incoming and outgoing packages with precise documentation.
• To ensure a clean and secure workplace, it is imperative to observe safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or its substitute is a prerequisite.
• Candidates with previous experience working in a warehouse or a similar environment will be preferred for this role.
• Adequate strength and skill to move and transfer items weighing no more than 50 pounds.
• The ability to notice and rectify minor errors is essential in many fields.
• Aptitude to keep up with a dynamic working environment and meet the predetermined deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
