The Sales Associate OTS (On The Salesfloor) at PepsiCo plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability and visibility of the Pepsico Beverages Portfolio in various customer channels through strategic selling approaches. This portfolio includes renowned brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, Tropicana, Frappuccino, Rockstar, and Bang products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop assigned accounts to increase sales volume, enhance product distribution, allocate space effectively, and improve customer service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand sales volume and product distribution.
• Secure the placement of equipment and ensure an adequate inventory of products to meet customer demands.
• Utilize point-of-purchase materials effectively to generate excitement in the marketplace and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with both National and Local execution programs.
• Reset stores to maintain or increase shelf facings of Pepsico products.
• Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts, emphasizing PBC's (Pepsi Beverages Company) Service Advantage.
• Merchandise products, secure barrel and rack placements, and construct displays to attract customers.
