The Apple Services Marketing Tools team builds bespoke solutions that enable global marketing campaigns to effectively promote Apple's services to the world. The tools we build are created in close collaboration with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to ensure they will effectively support Apple's growing services business. Key Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop partnerships and effectively communicate with individuals at all leadership levels
- Experience structuring and leading large cross-functional projects using Agile workflow
- Excellent ability to anticipate, clarify, scope, and plan out development cycles
- Strong writing skills and background in authoring technical requirement specifications
- Experience motivating and empowering others to creatively approach complex challenges
- Comfortable working in a multi-discipline, geographically dispersed team
- The ideal candidate is curious and desires continued self-growth and education of new technologies and skills
- Familiarity with web authoring platforms, analytics pipelines and infrastructure technologies including AWS
- Comfortable working with reporting tools, including Tableau
- Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively
- Excellent product decision-making intuition
Description
- Drive complex projects through a software development release cycle - Author detailed technical specifications and work with product manager to sequence priorities strategically - Guide brainstorming and innovation in partnership with our web production manager, identifying and pitching new platform features and enhancements that scale - Excel in keeping peers and developers focused on projects that drive impact, protecting the project from scope creep and un-prioritized tasks - Design and manage coordination strategies to keep stakeholders aware of project timelines and shifts - Approach individual challenges with the focus on the big picture - Drive project toward defined landmarks and facilitate reviews and acceptance/approval criteria - Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Localization, Legal, Privacy, Marketing and other organizations both inside and outside Apple - Work independently with limited supervision
Education & Experience
5-7 years of software project management experience

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $113,500 and $171,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
