• Discover and fulfill the individual needs of your customers by asking the right questions that allow them to express their unique preferences and requirements.
• Our sales solutions are tailored to meet specific business needs. From identifying target markets to developing tailored marketing strategies, we help businesses meet their sales objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Display outstanding communication proficiency to fulfill customer needs by showcasing user-friendly and honest technological advancements that can result in closing a sale effortlessly.
• Contribute to the smooth running of merchandising and operational duties.
• Extend assistance to Verizon stores within a close radius based on their unique operating needs.

Our company is currently looking for entry-level employees to join our team immediately. The role offers an annual salary of $43,000 to $56,000, including a base salary, team-based commission, and opportunities to earn individual incentives. The compensation package may vary based on location, and full-time benefits are available from the start.

Requirement needed for Retail Consultant:

• Graduating high school is a rite of passage that not only confers a certificate but also marks a significant milestone in one's life.
• The job advertisement specifies a requirement of one or more years of prior work experience.
• Capacity to accommodate working during non-standard working hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• To meet operational demands, the employee ought to have the ability to work extra shifts, specifically during the summer months and peak vacation seasons between November and December.
• Associate’s degree.
• Having experience in these fields can also prepare an individual for high-pressure situations and handling difficult customers.
• Experience in interacting with customers to discover and provide solutions.

Potential external hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $2500, to be paid in two parts. The first half of the bonus is distributed after one month of work, with the second portion provided nine months post-commencement, subject to the bonus agreement.
