Job Description

Lot Associates have the responsibility of making sure the store entrance is efficiently maintained and providing customers with assistance in loading their vehicles. Customer service skills are fundamental to the position, and direct customer interaction is frequently expected.

  • The job of gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and relocating them to predetermined areas in the store or outside.
  • The key to efficient and safe loading and unloading of merchandise is traffic flow management. This task involves coordinating with colleagues, directing traffic and enforcing safety regulations.
  • Continuous monitoring of the parking lot is necessary to spot any safety hazards or security risks that might cause harm to customers or staff members. Appropriate actions such as reporting any suspicious activities or assisting individuals in distress can help avert any untoward incidents.
