Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to manage all aspects of maintenance and repair for our fleet of wheeled vehicles, trailers, and material handling equipment. As the Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor, you will ensure that our vehicles are ready for the road and capable of performing at their best. Your responsibilities will include overseeing maintenance and repairs both in the field and in our shop, inspecting, servicing, maintaining, repairing, testing, adjusting and replacing systems and components, and performing recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair for all fleet vehicles and equipment
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared and capable of performing at their best
• Supervise and maintain all systems and components including electrical, wiring and charging systems
• Perform recovery operations on field and shop vehicles

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years related experience in vehicle maintenance or a similar field
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
