Job Summary:

You is responsible for building and sustaining rewarding relationships with commercial customers, which involves procuring and supplying products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring in-depth knowledge of parts and inventory.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain progress and achieve sales goals by competently sustaining and advancing commercial sales. Generate fresh accounts by means of face to face and phone interaction with potential clients
  • Serve as the primary liaison for commercial customers, ensuring strong lines of communication between these clients and AutoZone
  • Maximize the efficiency of product transportation by planning delivery routes and supervising drivers. Ensure that accurate delivery records are generated for every shipment
  • Provide commercial consumers with expert insight into automotive parts and industry trends, conscientiously investigating every aspect of the customer's needs in order to offer them the best option
  • Organize and update files and calculate invoicing for corporate customers; handle reimbursements and balance financial records
  • The primary duty of this position is to make certain that commercial accounts are serviced and deliveries are carried out according to their agreed-upon timeline. Beyond this, it is important for the holder of this role to be a valuable contributor to the overall team atmosphere at AutoZone
  • Aid in the coaching and progression of AutoZoners, drivers, and commercial specialists, as stated by the SM or DM
  • Ensures that AutoZoners adhere to safety regulations, particularly the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), while maintaining a secure work environment
  • Observes safe driving regulations and processes and guarantees sanctioned driving status for all Commercial Zoners
  • Takes necessary precautions in maintaining all vehicles and reports issues to authorities.

Requirements:

  • Attesting completion of high school or its equivalent is an important aspect of job applications
  • An adequate knowledge of car parts is mandatory
  • A competent leader who can effectively communicate, make sound decisions, and exhibit impeccable selling skills
  • Capacity to hoist, transfer, and transport commodities
  • A willingness to be flexible with your availability, ensuring that you can work the necessary hours to meet the needs of the company, which may involve working on weekends, evenings, and holidays
