ON-SITE Inside Sales Representative

(Danbury, CT) - 10am-6pm OR 12pm - 8pm (your choice)

Qualifications:

• No specific industry experience needed! They are more focused on the person and the skills they bring to the table
• Ability to persuade and sell through a consultative and analytical sales approach
• Someone that is driven to achieve both company and personal goals
• Someone that is open to feedback and is coachable
• Above average presentation and communication skills
• History or success and career progression
• High School Diploma required but a Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Job Overview:

• Entrepreneurial approach to managing and growing a defined sales territory
• Prospect for new dealer partners, then present and sell products and services to all levels of management
• Develop and maintain relationships with both independent and franchise dealers
• Assist dealer partners with loan origination and deal funding in our proprietary sales portal
• Participate in all sales meetings and calls
• Consistently execute against our core values and dedicated sales process

Work Environment:

• In office 5 days per week with no remote capability
• Multiple shifts to choice from: 10am - 6pm, or 12am - 8pm
