RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The audit process for inpatient cases entails reviewing medical documentation, identifying any discrepancies, and making adjustments to the DRG assignments as required
  • Validate DRG coding by closely reviewing documentation and diagnoses for each individual case
  • Rationale: A finding from customer feedback suggests that the company’s customer service could be improved. It is recommended that the company invest in additional customer service resources and training to increase satisfaction and loyalty. Supporting evidence includes studies showing that customers are more likely to stay loyal to a company that provides excellent customer service and that those customers are more likely to refer others to the company

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
