Leasing Specialist (New Community/Lease-up/ Weekends/Lawrenceville)
Seeking a professional, energetic, customer focused individual who preferably has at least 2 years in leasing, sales or hospitality for a brand-new 156 unit multi-family community in Lawrenceville, GA.
This role will start out with heavy in-person and phone customer contact to get the building leased up. Weekends are required while in lease-up.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Quarterly bonus eligibility

Role and Responsibilities:
The Leasing Specialist's primary responsibility is to provide extraordinary service to prospects, residents, and visitors, including:
- Work with staff members to manage all new and existing leads via RealPage. Respond to all new leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet clients, complete all guest cards, and provide tours of the community.
- Perform daily follow-up on open leads of prospective residents and schedule in-person tours.
- Assist with daily walk-through of the community and available cottages to ensure it is always ready for prospects. Touch up office, model and Clubhouse as needed.
- Interact with residents to handle maintenance requests and other customer service-related needs.
- Assist with outreach marketing efforts in and around the community. Attend offsite and evening events as needed.
- Adheres to a varied work schedule, including weekends and occasional after hours for special events.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Valid GA driver s license and automobile insurance.
- 2+ years of leasing and sales experience in a luxury/class A community setting.
- Direct resident and client facing experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as weekends are required.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leasing, sales experience.
- 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
- Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience. (Highly preferred).
- Lease-up and disposition experience is preferred.
- Fee-management experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving conflict resolution skills.
- Dependable, honest, and eager to learn.
- Must be able to travel locally.
- Experience working in an environment with diverse cultures, multiple perspectives, and competing needs.
Technology experience:
- OneSite or other property management software.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook.
Physical Requirement:
This position often involves a great deal of walking and standing, bending, stretching, and use of stairs. Other physical requirements include regular sitting and using office equipment, including telephones, and computers and may also require some light lifting. The position may also involve some repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and elbows. This position is normally performed in an indoor or office work environment, which does not subject the associate to the elements but does require occasional time spent in outdoor environments. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet.
