A senior role within the business the role will be responsible for leading and managing operational transformation to enable business operations to:

• Accelerate the pace of business improvement to modernise service delivery and reduce costs whilst improving performance,
• Develop capability to effect change in the business to support business diversification and growth.

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies
• Bring together the key strands of technology, continuous improvement and behavioral science to drive transformational changes across the business - which are taken up and embedded to deliver meaningful impact
• Identify and leverage opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and co-creation with internal and external stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning across the organisation. - pro-actively seeking out opportunities for change and sourcing new solutions to improve delivery
• Drive a stronger focus on growth by identifying and developing core operational capabilities to enable protection of core business and , critically diversification into new and adjacent markets for business growth
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with the organisation's performance indicators and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the transformation team and other staff involved in the transformation process, and promote a high-performance and customer-focused culture .

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree or higher in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven senior experience in leading and successfully delivering transformation change in an operational context.
• Critically, highly digitally literate and proven experience of utilizing progressing technologies (including Artificial Intelligence) to drive business improvement or customer experience - Passionate about the impact the technology can have and a natural ability to actively seek out new ways technology can be operationalised to improve our services.

• Innovative and creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for improvement, co-creating new and customer-centric solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of the transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with the organisation's performance indicators and quality standards.
• Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead, guide, and coach the transformation team and other colleagues, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
