Job Description The Supply Chain & Logistics organization is seeking an energetic and proactive problem solving Manager to support the ten distinct CVS Health business units across the enterprise that have pharmacy product flows covered by the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). You will lead the DSCSA Center of Excellence comprised of a team of colleagues who will help identify, understand, and resolve matters pertaining to DSCSA requirements and exceptions. As the manager you will be responsible for the DSCSA Center of Excellence's successful delivery of quality DSCSA-related support to colleagues across the entire enterprise, trading partners, and federal / state regulators. You will also be responsible for training team members and providing feedback and coaching to support their day-to-day success and development. Success in this role will hinge on your ability to build healthy cross-functional collaboration, communicate effectively, and handle ambiguity. Job responsibilities: Lead team responsible for monitoring the DSCSA Center of Excellence IT platform that displays DSCSA exceptions identified across all CVS Health distribution centers, retail pharmacies, mail order pharmacies, and specialty pharmacies. Ensure team efficiently delivers quality resolution of DSCSA exceptions to the CVS Health site that identified the exception(s). Partner with external trading partners and internal stakeholders to help understand and resolve more complex matters such as tracing, verification, and suspect product investigations. Maintaining and implementing improvements for the IT platform used for displaying, organizing, and resolving DSCSA exceptions. Developing, maintaining, and reviewing reporting to ensure all DSCSA matters are handled efficiently. Developing, maintaining, and reviewing scorecard to evaluate trading partner-specific DSCSA support and impact to business. Create knowledge articles, SOPs, process maps, and training for DSCSA Center of Excellence team as well as enterprise-wide pharmacy and distribution center colleagues at sites with DSCSA-covered product flows. Build and maintain repository of all DSCSA investigations and related matters to the standards required by FDA. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 60,300 Maximum: 130,000 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. Required Qualifications 1+ years of running programs independently with minimal direction and validating the effectiveness of the program. 1+ years of leading a team, delegating work, providing feedback to direct reports, and coaching colleagues for long-term success. 1+ years of experience with driving business by collecting and analyzing data to make recommendations. 1+ years of presenting to diverse stakeholder groups and influencing without authority. 1+ years of developing and implementing new processes with the intention of long-term sustainability. 1+ years use with Microsoft Office suit, especially with Excel and Access. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of compliance-related experience. Pharmacy compliance experience Experience with information system technology and databases to leverage and analyze reporting to provide insights into workflow and performance Experience with managing and coaching a multi-person team to drive high quality output despite time-sensitive work.
