The Ideal Candidate:

- The capability to perform duties that involve prolonged standing, sitting, and other tasks necessary for the job.
- A fundamental requirement for this position is being capable of lifting 25 pounds unaided. Additionally, it is possible to lift a weight greater than 25 pounds, with or without assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the ability to read, write, and carry out basic math computations (such as simple addition and subtraction) is considered essential for navigating the demands of daily life and succeeding in various careers.
- The prerequisite for this position includes a 6-month duration of utilizing a computer, which involves actions such as entering, retrieving, altering or producing information.
- Equipped with six months of utilizing conventional retail technology, including smartphones and tablets.
- A year's worth of experience in the retail sector, practicing customer service skills like identifying and solving customer problems, greeting visitors, fielding phone calls, fostering customer rapport, and displaying appreciation for their business.
- It is mandatory to fulfill statutory requirements related to sales licensure or registration to secure this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 180 days of work in a Lowe's retail store, serving in any department.
- Having spent a period of half a year in an administrative occupation fulfilling responsibilities that comprised of handling and filing paperwork, particularly invoices.
- A minimum of one years experience as a supervisor is required, encompassing skills such as leading, distributing workloads, appraising, instructing, and guiding team members.
- The candidate must possess at least a year of customer service and product fulfillment skills in a department related to home improvement and hardware retail (such as kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn, and garden).
