Core Responsibilities Leadership Work closely with all levels of management to develop the value propositions. Ensure they are consistently represented throughout all materials and programs. Validate the value propositions on an ongoing basis to ensure differentiation and relevancy in the marketplace. Client Relationship Manage all marketing and thought leadership initiatives through integrated and account-based marketing activities to support the achievement of new business development, client retention, and brand awareness . Financial Performance Ensure that all activities are on strategy and within budget. Overall responsibility for clarity, consistency, and strategic integrity for all materials/programs. Help to manage B2B budgets and provide input to leadership for the monthly budget and projection process. Specific Responsibilities The Marketing Manager will be responsible for these areas: Maintain a portfolio of effective marketing materials and selling tools: ensure messaging is consistent and supportive of marketing plans, solicit feedback from sales team, and continually improve upon the toolkit to differentiate Aramark from the competition. Produce B2B collateral for new business development, including thought leadership content, case studies, video, eBooks, articles, guides, infographics, presentations and proposal templates. Manage prospect targeting and lead generation activities, including prospect database management, email campaigns, digital and print advertising, social media campaigns, SEO and paid search, direct mail marketing, and measurement of campaign effectiveness. Serve as liaison with marketing agency to manage content development and campaign execution Leverage marketing tech stack for inbound lead generation and sales nurture. Quantify efforts through performance measurement. Maintain and update web pages with timely content. Manage plans, content and analytics, to support all digital platforms. Collaborate with Industry & Trade Relations Team to demonstrate Aramark innovation & differentiation. Lead participation and engagement in industry associations, trade show presence, sponsorships, and speaking / presentation opportunities and tracking/measurement of results. Maintain current research intelligence on competitors and industry trends by identifying and evaluating market environments and trend analysis, program analysis/evaluation, competitive assessments, growth opportunity evaluation, key issues, marketing strategies, tactics and timing. Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure progress and improve B2B marketing effectiveness. Support all internal customers, especially the sales and retention teams, as needed. Activities may include fulfillment requests including: literature shipped, premium items shipped, and special requests for direct mail needs. Experience A minimum of 4-6 years of progressively responsible marketing experience with a demonstrated record of success and effective performance. Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment within a heavily matrixed organization A strategic and creative problem solver, able to distill large amounts of information into actionable strategies, solid program execution skills. External agency management experience Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photo Shop, Illustrator) Sitecore, Word Press, SEO experience Some travel required Experience with Account Based Marketing strategy and tactics.
