Frito-Lay requires Detailers to display their entire range of products at local stores, effectively managing retail space.

Frito-Lay has a job opening for a part-time assistant with great wages and flexibility. This role can be an ideal choice for someone seeking to earn additional income or just enjoy the freedom that comes with participating in a position that permits flexible scheduling. Many detailers at Frito-Lay love their work and often transition to full-time team members. The hours for this position fluctuate based on the route assigned and are generally less than 20 hours per week. However, this position does require working on weekends and holidays in various weather conditions. At peak times like Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day, additional hours could be available.

A typical aspect of your role will be carrying out repetitive tasks:

• Driving to predetermined locations with your own vehicle (we'll cover the mileage costs during your working hours)
• Keeping the manager informed is key to ensuring that all tasks are completed during the shift
• To ensure customers can easily access products they desire, such as Doritos, Classic Lays, Tostitos, and Smartfood Popcorn, retail staff must merchandise items from storage areas to the sales floor.
• The method of regularly turning goods and shedding outdated and flawed products
• Organizing the counters and showcases, collapsing the packages and getting rid of any garbage
• Support the construction and deconstruction of temporary movable presentations

This role is hands-on, requiring physical dexterity to turn standard store aisles and displays into artistic visions. You will be tasked with organizing items from the bottom to the top of shelves. The ability to lift between 15 to 40 pounds, climb, bend, push, pull, stand, stoop, and kneel is essential while working. However, we're open to considering reasonable adjustments.

Prospective applicants must be at least 18 years old and have access to reliable transportation to qualify for this position. In addition, applicants must have a dependable vehicle that can be used to travel to multiple locations within each shift and be available for weekend and holiday work.
