Job Summary

  • The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program and project management for high complexity, high visibility Company-wide strategic initiatives over the entire life of the program - particularly within the Operations (Ops) space. The Program Manager leads and mentors a Team of Project Managers to deliver superior results, and they establish and lead program and project governance processes. They're responsible for driving business objectives and value, scope/timeline/budget, and technical risks to make sound strategic recommendations to program Leadership. The Program Manager is an expert communicator and is skilled in verbal and written communication to audiences of all levels, and they are able to proactively drive conversations with Senior Leadership and influence program stakeholders at all levels. The Program Manager provides support and guidance for business, operational, and Technology-initiated programs, and they provide thought leadership to program stakeholders. The Program Manager builds and nurtures strategic relationships with Senior Leadership at all levels. This position requires strong knowledge of Business and Technology processes and implementation procedures including change leadership disciplines.

  • Ability to provide direction in a Team oriented environment, directing tasks to finish by scheduled completion date
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, at all levels
  • Ability to contend with the range and complexity of large business problems
  • Skilled in giving full attention to what other People are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times

*Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

*Experience

  • Expert level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in:

*Licensing/Certification

  • PMP certification preferred

*Physical Abilities
