They execute tasks such as preparing documents by using word processing software, spreadsheets, presentation programs, and databases. Their services are also crucial when it comes to liaising with clients and vendors, functioning as a point of contact, and serving as a representative between the Sales Team Leader and clients during pre-event, event, and post-event processes.
