In the world of collision repair, trust is everything, and Crash Champions understands that better than any other brand. Founded in 1999 by industry veteran Matt Ebert, the company has quickly grown to become the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S., with over 600 repair centers located in 36 states across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Surpass location revenue goals and other KPIs: Manage both the front and back of the shop, from intake to delivery, focusing on production quality, throughput, and effectiveness to exceed KPIs and revenue targets
- As the person responsible for assigning repair tasks to Body Technicians and determining which cars should have priority for teardown or paint, the labor assignment and production management personnel is a crucial figure in the automotive repair industry
- When things get busy, be a helpful team member by stepping in to help with tasks such as welcoming customers, checking vehicles, and creating estimates
- Monitor and meet production goals and standards: Ensure that all restoration obligations are in compliance with the Service King and I-Car's quality standards, all maintenance tasks are invoiced correctly and accurately, and strictly follow the back-end shop's personnel protective equipment protocol to secure the safety of teammates
- Adherence to Shop Payroll and Staffing Guidelines: Ensure that the punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures for production staff are strictly followed to maintain timely and accurate shop payroll and staffing. Manage staff time-off and leave requests effectively
- Ensure seamless production operations: Work collaboratively with the team, including Body Technicians, Repair Planners, and Shop Assistants, to maintain daily production flow and deliver quality output on time
- - Paint and labor: $1200
- The process of acquiring, coaching, and developing a team necessitates a thorough understanding of necessary job qualifications. Expert-level coaching and feedback contribute to individual growth and development, while creating a dynamic and productive team environment
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in navigating Collision Industry protocols coupled with in-depth knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for an assortment of carriers
- Effective problem-solving often requires a systematic approach involving identifying the problem, generating possible solutions, evaluating each solution, and selecting the best one
- The skill to lead and collaborate with others to reach a common objective
- Demonstrated expertise in completing tasks within set timelines and exceeding goals
- Acquiring extensive knowledge and ability in the use of estimating software, specifically CCC ONE Total Repair Software
- Proficient in utilizing various technological tools and resources for work and personal use
- To proceed, a driver's license that is valid must be produced
