Sr Service Agent

Shift:

Monday to Saturday between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM Guaranteed Hours are 17.5 hours per week Job DutiesProvides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services.

Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills. Monday-Saturday with a day off during the week TBD.
Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Starting pay rate:
$20.41/HOUR
