Job Summary:

An opening has been created at Supernal for a top-notch professional with extensive expertise who can take charge of the management of engineering and technical aspects connected to test installations and structures, as well as managing the complete lifecycle of offboard test data. Your mandate will include the development and execution of work plans, protocols, and policies that ensure that the test data systems remain operative and maintained.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a systematic approach to design, implement, and maintain data collection systems that meet the requirements of the project.
• When designing flight test control rooms, it is important to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary tools to track and monitor telemetry data in real-time. This may involve integrating video feeds, telemetry displays, and communication systems to provide a comprehensive overview of all aspects of the flight test.
• Provide your workforce with leadership and guidance by coaching, mentoring, and appraising their performance.
• Cultivate and foster strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Supervise and endorse technical strategies, goods, and systems.
• Partner with the PMO group to enforce building schedules.
• You may have to travel up to a quarter of the time, both within the country and abroad.
• Carry out any other responsibilities given.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related subject is a prerequisite.
• A prerequisite for this position is a minimum of fifteen (15) years spent assisting flight test or related testing programs, with a managerial responsibility of not less than five (5) years.
• The utilization of sensors and test systems while the aircraft is in motion is a critical mechanism utilized in flight test support.
• It is essential for individuals to have an awareness of data acquisition and record systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Skillfulness in managing, storing, and manipulating data using diverse methods and frameworks.
• Understanding of testing procedures and laboratory protocols is imperative.
• Proficiency in the technical aspects of ARINC and 1553 is essential for those working with military aircraft systems.
• Strong ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely.
• Being able to establish effective order and paying careful attention to particulars are key traits that individuals with strong organizational skills and attention to detail possess.
• Demonstrating mastery in utilizing Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other MS Office applications enhances your work productivity and performance.

• Skilled in programming languages such as SQL, VB, C++, and .NET and experienced in applying them to relational databases.

Depending on the candidate's competency, proficiency, and the area of work, the payment range for this specific job could be between $232,960 and $349,440 USD.
