Job Description: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
  
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support students' academic and emotional well-being.
  
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students as needed.
  
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  
• Participate in IEP and other team meetings to discuss students' progress and provide recommendations.
  
• Offer training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management and mental health topics.
  
• Monitor and document students' progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
  
• Stay current with research and best practices in school psychology.
  

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  
• Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist in Michigan.
  
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
