The primary objective of your role is to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience by providing them with the necessary assistance. Furthermore, you will lead customers to an associate who specializes in the area they require assistance. As you become more proficient in your department and Lowe's in general, you will educate the customers and provide them with additional information to support their shopping experience.

Lowe's work setting is far from static, it's a lively space where you won't be trapped behind a desk. You'll be constantly on the move, mingling with shoppers, refilling supplies, and even dealing with hefty goods like building materials or paint cans.

Responsibilities:

• In order to deliver excellent customer service, it's important to actively listen to what the customer is saying and empathize with their needs and concerns
• Help clients navigate the store and provide personalized advice on the product selection
• Load customer merchandise
• Restock merchandise

Requirements:

• Possessing the strength to lift up to 25lbs singlehandedly, or greater with support
• Operating traditional technologies for retail purposes has been my area of expertise for six months
