Maintenance Supervisor
Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repair of plant plumbing
- Occasionally construct shipping crates for outbound equipment
- Obtain and transport materials or machinery needed for repair
- Support R&M supply room demands
- Maintain facility grounds, including weed control and parking lot painting
- Assist in construction/remodeling of facility offices
- Perform various facility maintenance repairs, such as lighting, doors, caulking, and floor patching
- Execute painting, sanding, and application of various paints
- Perform hot work tasks like cutting, grinding, and soldering
- Operate safely at elevated heights and in confined spaces
- Serve as a member of the HazMat Team, providing support as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Proficiency in basic math skills, including fractions
- Previous experience in carpentry or building facility maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, tiling, and painting
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
