Maintenance Supervisor

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and repair of plant plumbing
• Occasionally construct shipping crates for outbound equipment
• Obtain and transport materials or machinery needed for repair
• Support R&M supply room demands
• Maintain facility grounds, including weed control and parking lot painting
• Assist in construction/remodeling of facility offices
• Perform various facility maintenance repairs, such as lighting, doors, caulking, and floor patching
• Execute painting, sanding, and application of various paints
• Perform hot work tasks like cutting, grinding, and soldering
• Operate safely at elevated heights and in confined spaces
• Serve as a member of the HazMat Team, providing support as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficiency in basic math skills, including fractions
• Previous experience in carpentry or building facility maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, tiling, and painting
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
