Business Analyst IIJob Description : Responsible for translating basic business needs into functional business requirements.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to : + Analyzes customer needs and translates those needs into business requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Documents specific business requirements to address specific business needs.+ Works with technical partners to ensure seamless transition of requirements to technical requirements based on acceptance criteria.


• Acts as liaison with business customers, IT partners, and testing partners to address questions / issues.Business Analyst IIIJob Description : Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into functional business requirements and acceptance criteria.

Acts as liaison with business customers, IT partners, and testing partners to address questions / issues.+ May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.

QualificationsBusiness Analyst IIJob Qualifications : + Requires a BA / BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.Business Analyst IIIJob Qualifications : + Requires a BA / BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience;

or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.+ Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
