How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Responsible for test creation, automation, and execution in support of the development, maintenance, integration, enhancement, and support of the ServiceNow platform following vendor best practices.
Responsibilities:
Analyze Release Notes for 10 patches and 2 major upgrades annually to understand the impacts to the implemented functionality
Understand business user stories / requirements to provide the testing to cover defined acceptance criteria
Create and maintain manual test scripts for all ServiceNow platform functionality in QTest: mapping the tests to requirements, ensuring coverage meets or exceeds defined targets
Build and maintain automated tests for testing of platform functionality via ServiceNow ATF framework
Ensure all work adheres to the processes, policies and best practices for development and the platform for Delta and ServiceNow.
Test using ATF Test Suites and manual testing for: existing configuration and customization during 10 patches and 2 major upgrades, updates to Delta specific configuration and customizations, and new plugins / new features for specific functionality
Analyze test results and identify defects and work with Testing lead and Developers to remediate them
Report on test coverage and automation percentages on a weekly basis to leadership and progress towards defined targets
Coordinate with Process Teams, SMEs, and End Users for User Acceptance and Integration testing
Provide daily updates via the daily team standup meeting for active items
Ensure the system maintains compliance with Delta's policies and procedures, including HIPAA, SOX, PCI, and data retention processes.
Practices safety conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
Experience with building and maintaining ATF test within the ServiceNow Platform
Effectively and professionally communicate with management, internal staff and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment/reasoning skills
Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results and follow documented procedures accurately
High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency.
