MEP Senior Estimator

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about mechanical systems, construction methods and would like to lead a growing company into the future. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting construction drawings, performing detailed take-offs, and accurately calculating costs for HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents

- Perform detailed take-offs and cost calculations accurately

- Travel to job sites across the Detroit Metro area

- Prioritize tasks and meet timelines

- Collaborate with team members and project managers

Essential job functions:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or 5+ years of relevant working experience

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the mechanical contracting industry

- Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
