We are partnered with a top relocation company and they are looking to add a Customer Support/Admin Support professional to their team!
Location: Stratford, CT
Description:
- Answer any call from clients
- Process orders for clients
- Handle monthly and weekly billing
- Communicate and partner with Warehouse and Sales team
- Manage any data entry
- Help resolve and customer issues
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative setting
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Data entry and order entry experience
