Job Description:

The role of Transaction Clerk at Burger King is centered around offering polite and brisk service to customers during checkout, which is essential for creating a positive impression of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge the presence of customers upon arrival with a friendly greeting and bid them farewell with a sincere goodbye.
• Facilitate customer transactions via the utilization of cash registers.
• At the checkout, a cashier must scan the items, double-check their costs, receive the required payments, and deliver the appropriate change.
• Issue substantiation of sales, reimbursements, admissions, and change dispensation.
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing their complaints, guiding them through the resolution process, and furnishing them with relevant information.
• Regular cleaning and tidying of the checkout area can prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
• Review balance sheets for any discrepancies and report findings to higher authorities.

Qualifications:

• Documented history of success as a Retail Cashier or in a comparable customer service role.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Competent in using digital equipment, such as POS machines and cash registers.
