Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct garbage truck operations by following company regulations and traffic laws to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collect refuse receptacles from both homes and businesses.
• Properly dispose of rubbish by transferring it from the trash cans into the garbage truck.
• Implement the prescribed courses of travel given by the supervisors as instructed.
• Following the safety protocols and procedures in place is of utmost importance to minimize potential hazards and risks.
• Regularly inspect garbage trucks to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Facilitate effective coordination among team members and supervisors in order to enhance the overall performance of the debt collection process.

Qualifications:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate is vital for success in the job market.
• An unblemished driving background and a legitimate driver's license.
• Expertise in safely and effectively operating waste management equipment, including garbage trucks.
• Vitality and brawn to lift large trash receptacles multiple times.
• The key to success is maintaining rigorous safety measures while paying close attention to even the tiniest details.
• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities are critical.
• Applicants should be prepared to work outdoors irrespective of the weather conditions.
• Experience in a waste management or related field is preferred, but candidates without it will still be considered.
