As a duty-free Retail Sales Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring the success of the team, and your colleagues count on you to perform your duties to the best of your ability:

• Follow a regular, predetermined work schedule to ensure maximum productivity

A duty-free Retail Sales Representative must be able to provide excellent customer service. You must be courteous, friendly, and patient, while also keeping the store organized and clean:

• A simple greeting can go a long way in making customers feel welcome and valued
• Abide by company protocols regarding cash handling policies, store policies and special loss prevention procedures
• Stores that prioritize effective communication are more likely to have satisfied customers, strong teamwork, and successful management

Required Qualifications:

• Luxury sales experience
• Developing the ability to understand and relate to people from diverse cultures and backgrounds can enhance personal and professional relationships
• People who are skilled at reading and responding to social cues are often seen as having excellent interpersonal abilities
• Potential to carry 20 pounds
• Anyone seeking to sell alcohol or tobacco is required to be at least 21 years of age
• Previous work history in operating a cash register in sales or retail environments
