Position Purpose:

Freight Unloader are the backbone of our retail stores, and without their support, the business may not operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport loads and transfer stock from one area of the store to another
• Organize and stock the shelves and displays in a tidy and orderly manner
• A clean and well-organized work environment can also promote a sense of pride in one’s work, encouraging employees to take ownership of their projects and responsibilities
• When dealing with difficult customers, strive to remain calm and patient, and work to find a satisfactory resolution

• Skillfulness in conducting duties after regular working hours
